Reflekter - Greedy

Reflekter - Greedy | The Moonshine Sessions

Reflekter are this week’s special guest in The Moonshine Sessions.... the irrepressible Nottingham fourpiece are hotly tipped to be THE breakthrough band of 2019. And so we were very lucky to have them take time out of their busy schedule to come into the studio to play their unique take on The Black Keys’ classic track ‘Fever’ plus a stripped down version of their own song ‘Greedy’.

Given their meteoric rise, it’s hard to believe that the young band formed little over a year ago. Within the short space of time James Gooch (singer and guitarist), Seb McNish (drums), Adam Mitchell (guitar) and Isaac Bloomfield (bass) have already been listed by BBC Introducing as Ones To Watch in 2019 after the release of their debut single ‘Caught In A Storm’ which racked up a staggering 20,000 streams in the first week of release alone.

Their bid for world domination has continued with the release of follow up single ‘Alright’ which encapsulates both their 60’s psychedelic influences and the driving indie rock of the 90’s which inspired them to pick up a guitar. This Autumn sees them tour extensively, so make sure you see them play on a stage near you!
