Existing Customers

Before getting in touch, please take a look at our FAQs. Many of the questions we get asked most often, for example about ticket delivery and box office collections, are covered there.

If you have a query about an order, please email customerservices@gigantic.com. Please remember to quote your reference number whenever you get in touch with us, so we can deal with your enquiry quickly. If you don't have your reference number, please tell us your surname, postcode and the tickets you have booked.
